Integrative therapy means combining different therapeutic approaches so the work can be tailored to you rather than following a single rigid method.
In my work this may include solution-focused hypnotherapy, advanced EFT techniques, nervous system regulation and energy-based approaches such as Reiki. These methods work together to help calm inner tension, shift unhelpful patterns and limiting beliefs, whilst supporting meaningful change at both a psychological and physiological level.

This work is designed for high-functioning women navigating identity shifts or significant life transitions.
These transitions may follow experiences such as a health diagnosis, relationship breakdown, career change, burnout, relocation or other major life changes. In other cases, there may simply be a growing sense that the version of you that once fit no longer feels quite right.
This work helps you settle inner tension, reconnect with yourself and move through this transition with greater clarity and confidence.

Sessions are tailored to you and the type of work you would like to focus on. The first part of the session usually involves a focused conversation about what you would like to change and the direction you want your life to move in.
Depending on the session, we may then work with approaches such as EFT, hypnotherapy or other techniques to shift emotional patterns and support nervous system regulation.
Most sessions also include relaxing, reiki-supported hypnosis, which helps the mind and body settle and allows the subconscious to become more receptive to positive change.
One of the perks of online therapy is that you can do this part from your sofa, bed or anywhere you feel comfortable, making it easier to fully relax - which often allows the work to go deeper and create more meaningful shifts.

It really depends on you and what you’d like help with. For most people, around 12 sessions works well - but some people feel a shift much sooner than that, while others might require a little longer for extra support.
We’ll chat about what feels right for you in your initial consultation.

Most sessions last around 50 minutes (though I always recommend allowing a full hour, just in case).
We start with a solution-focused conversation, where I gently guide you with questions to help you reflect on what’s going well and where you’d like to go next. I always begin the session by asking, “What’s been good about your week?” - it’s a simple question that helps shift focus towards the positive, and encourages the development of new, helpful, neural pathways in your brain.
In the second half of the session, you’ll enjoy a deeply relaxing guided hypnosis, designed to support the changes you want to make and reinforce calm, confidence, and clarity.

No. Hypnosis does not involve losing control or being unconscious. You remain aware and in control the entire time. Most people describe it as a calm, deeply relaxed state where the mind becomes more focused and receptive.
-
Yes. I work with clients online across the UK (and beyond). Online hypnotherapy is just as effective as in-person work - and many clients actually prefer it, as it allows them to fully relax into the hypnosis from the comfort of their own home (often snuggled up in bed!).

I’m a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Clinical Hypnotherapist and breathwork facilitator, with a background in traditional holistic practices that support emotional and physical wellbeing.
My work blends clinical insight with holistic approaches, combining therapeutic conversation with techniques that support the subconscious mind and nervous system. This allows the work to go beyond talking alone and can help create deeper and more lasting change.
The aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you can settle inner tension, reconnect with yourself and move through life changes with greater clarity and confidence.

Yes. Many of the people who come to this work have already tried counselling or other forms of therapy. While talking therapies can be very helpful for insight and understanding, they don’t always shift the deeper emotional patterns held in the subconscious mind and nervous system.
Because this approach works with those deeper levels, it can help create changes that people often feel not just intellectually, but emotionally and physically as well. For many clients, this is where things that previously felt stuck begin to move.
