Laura combines her extensive background as a Psychiatric Nurse working within the NHS with her experience in holistic approaches to offer an integrative therapeutic approach.
Drawing on Solution-Focused Therapy, hypnotherapy, EFT (tapping) and nervous system regulation practices, her sessions work with both the mind and body to help settle inner tension, shift limiting patterns and support meaningful, lasting change.

Receive gentle coaching about the power of the subconscious mind, and understand why you’re feeling as you do, and what we can do to help. It’s amazing how often breakthroughs occur, just by knowing what’s happening in your brain. Prepare for some ‘Aha’ moments!
Using solution-focused, positive questioning we will identify your next steps to becoming the very best version of yourself. Don’t worry, you’ll be fully supported, all the way.
